Hero Arts and Charisma Cardz

Here is my entry for the Hero Arts Fall Colors Challenge and the Charisma Cardz Challenge 36. The Challenge for Charisma Cardz is patchwork. I love the colors and patwork on this fairly simple card. I used papers from Karen Foster's Biggie Bundle along with Bazzill cardstock.

One more entry tonight Crafty Creations and Simon Says

This card was made for two challenges. Again I used three (actually four as I recount :) of my Lime Rickey patterned pieces from Basic Grey. Have I told you that I LOVE this paper? The sketch I used was from Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog and was very cool to use!!!! It is shown below.

I'm also entering this card in the Crafty Creations challenge. We were to use at least 3 different patterned papers.

Cuttlebug Challenge Be Inspired #47

The Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot has turned one!! Happy Birthday!!! To celebrate they are having all kinds of fun. The first challenge is to invite people to your party. In some spots it mentions birthday specifically, in others it talks about invitations. I goofed if this was supposed to be a birthday invitation as I made an invitation for a Baby Shower. Must have babies on the brain! Hopefully not a big oops on my part. I almost forgot the embossing, too and made a quick fix on that. Here is my card for Be Inspired Challenge #47 Invitations:

My second card tonight

I haven't used my Core'dinations paper for awhile , so thought I'd get it out again for my entry to three challenges! I really love this paper as there is so much you can do with it from embossing, to tearing, to crumpling and sanding. I chose the latter this time. This card is entered into the following challenges this week.

1. The Pink Elephant Challenge for color scheme red, yellow, black, white
2. Our Creative Corner for stars and stripes
3. ICS Sketches based on the sketch below

I had a lot of fun with this card too! Have a Happy Tuesday!

One of two new cards

I made this card tonight for three challenges. I used only cardstock on this card decorated with marker, embossing, and stamps. It fulfills

1. The Cuttlebug Spot challenge of Birds
2. ABC challenge of circles
3. Stampin' for the Weekend challenge of teal, blue, and orange

I usually make one card for each challenge, but thought I'd try to combine some this week. Hope you all have a great week!!! I'm back to school tomorrow after a 3 day weekend. Hope my kids are ready to learn some Spanish!!!

This Week's Hero Arts Challenge
